Wicked Storms!

The other night we had a storm rip through the state — tornadoes, hail, high winds — you name it! Just before the blast, the clouds were bursting and swirling dramatically across the sky, so I took some photos. I captured something strange. Click on the photo to enlarge. Focus on the two figures to the right.

Now I’m going to rotate the photo, color enhance, and enlarge for you. Click to view.

I don’t know about you, but I see creepy things in the clouds. A disturbing looking female holding a child, an outrages male figure, and to the far right, a giant eye. Yes, I said eye!

Steve is convinced my marbles have left the building! With a soft clinical voice, he gently asks, “Are you still seeing things in the clouds?”  Well, Yes! And the enclosed photo has not given me a Glory Halleluiah feel down in my heart! Okay, humor me as we take a closer look at the giant eye!

Let’s just say, “Rebuke the storm” carries a whole new meaning for me personally.

Jesus awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. Mark 4:39

  1. I’m with you. There IS something creepy about these clouds. I see the figures but not the eye. I am with you. “REBUKE the storm!”

    BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!

  2. Wow, Dei. That gives me the willies. To me the figure to the right looks like a skull or the Witchking of Angmar in The Lord of The Rings movies, especially in the first, untouched picture. Reminds me of Ephesians 2:2.

    • Interesting scripture, Dru. I don’t remember reading it before. Thanks for that! Lord of the Rings gave me the creeps! I can’t watch it any more. :)
      God Bless You!

  3. I couldn’t see the eye either . . .but I believe you! I would not want those clouds swirling about me, that’s for sure! God bless you and praying with you for them to be gone!

  4. I think you have captured something pretty amazing here, Deidre! I see it! Hey!… did anyone notice that somehow the clouds have formed ‘LadyDeidre(dot)com’ in the midst of all of them?! :) – - awesome photos good friend! God bless!

  5. Hi Lady Deidre! Great photos, and I’m totally with you on the creepy figures–very scary indeed. I don’t see the eye, but I believe you implicitly. God bless you abundantly–love, sis Caddo

    • Hello, highly favored, I just fished your comment from the spam filter. Odd how one comment comes through and one doesn’t.
Thank you for the prayers — Jesus heard them no matter where it landed!
      God Bless You!

  6. Hi Dei, Hmmmm I keep seeing in the first picture on the left a Lambs face, it is quiet big, I can see the eye but the rest is just hazy, if you have lost your marbles, then I must be helping you look for them or my own.

Sorry I missed these 2 Posts Dei, not sure how, perhaps I had my head in the clouds :-D

    • Hello, Annie. I can see the lambs face too! But no one here could see it so I thought I was really off my rocker. Thanks for noticing — I feel better knowing the lamb (Jesus) is in the clouds. By the way, not very many people can see the eye either. Hmmmm, very interesting!
If you are like me, you’ve been very busy and cannot blog regularly any more. :)
      God Bless You!

  7. Hi Dei I decided to do some research being very analytical a gift from God that I’m very thankful for and I found some interesting facts.

Faces in the clouds in Photography including eyes can be camera tricks or reflections, often they use these for flying saucer sightings or if you want to believe what often occurs when man can’t explain something or they want to cover up or discredit, then they are claimed to be delusional and they even have a name for it if you see images in the sky or clouds just in case you believe they are real, it’s called Pareidol.

We do have to be careful there are those who seek to deceive or discredit but we remember many Children see images in the clouds are they all Pareidol ? and we remember the Scriptures confirm they are real, we read how the followers of Jesus saw them too, The Scriptures also tell us to look for signs in the sky in the end times but of course as I said some are Tricks and there will be more both genuine and counterfeit as we approach Christs return.

Man will always seek to discredit those they can’t understand, control or manipulate, it’s part of the flesh nature, they even called Jesus mad, but they will be accountable for their slander and evil workings, so don’t worry Dei enjoy your images in the clouds, and I will too but don’t forget to wear your sunnies 8-)

  8. I saw exactly what you were talking about! Creepy, creepy, CREEPY! Yes, I saw the eye, and the more you enhanced it, the better I saw it! Creepy! Rebuke the storm! God bless you!

    • Hello Paulette. Next time you’re over, check out the other side of the creepy cloud (1st photo) — it looks like the head of a lamb. I didn’t mention it because no one here could see it, and I was already appearing to be off the sound rocker. :)
      God Bless You!

      • When I replied to your Worship Wednesday comment, I remembered what you said in your reply over here, and here I am. Well, I guess I will appear to be off my rocker too, because I saw what you were saying! Good grief! I really did see it. Have a wonderful night.:-)
